This vintage 1981 H.R.H. Princess of Wales 8 inch Doll #P1005 is a historical replica of Princess Diana's wedding day. She has blue eyes and reddish-brown hair. Her face has pink hues, which are unique as other dolls have orange or beige hues. Her dress is made of ivory satin with puffy sleeves. There is lace around each sleeve and around the neck and bodice. The dress train is very long and made of ivory satin edged with lace. She is wearing a gold engagement ring and carrying a long bouquet of white flowers. Her bridal veil is made of white organza attached by a diamond tiara band. The diamonds are unique as other dolls have pearls or blue saphires. She is wearing white flat shoes. This doll was handmade and painted in England. It is in good condition and stands 8 inches tall. The Princess of Wales doll along with the 1981 H.R.H. Prince Charles 8 inch Doll #P1004 is a nice set for any collection of British royalty.

Doll Stands
for 8 inch dolls
We have a limited number of used/like new metal doll stands if you would like to purchase one with your doll. Please order only one doll stand per doll. It will be shipped in your doll box.
When using a doll stand, remember to completely pull the two parts of the stand apart by squeezing gently below the ring portion. Place the ring portion of the stand under the clothes around the waist of the doll to prevent damage to the clothes. Then squeeze the ring gently around the waist and slide it back into the base. Adjust to the desired height.
